Here is a brief description of what our client is looking for in their
Northeast/Mid-Atlantic Regional Sales Management opening:

Background requirements are:

Management Sales of at least 8 directly employed sales people Personally
responsible for no less than 40Mill in last 5 years Very computer literate -
Excel Spread Sheets, Power Point etc.

Industry experience is not critical, however they do expect someone to come
from an industrial type background with experience in selling through
distribution as a pull through sale.

Region this person will cover is from Maine south to Virginia - West
Virginia - portions of Kentucky up through Indiana to Michigan. Person can
live anywhere in this region. They will have 8 - 12 direct sales people
reporting to them. There is a lot of "paper work" in this position. Our
client is not expecting this person to be riding with the sales people 4
days a week. With all the reports and other "desk" type responsibilities
there is not enough time to ride with sales people.

I know this is very brief description. I have been working with our client
for 14 years and once I speak with someone I will be able to tell very soon
if they will first off, be a culture fit for our client. So with that being
said the best thing is for anyone interested to email me their resume and
then call me to discuss further.

Thank you for your help Russ! Best of business to you in your rather new
career!

Sincerely,

Nancy Sheaffer, President
