Create a predictable and scalable infrastructure design to support the flexible processing requirements of the Actuarial group, as part of the AMP. Consultants will perform technical analysis and documentation duties as described below.

Job Description

· Interact and be a partner with the business analyst on the Client based side for service management
· Participate in creation of roadmap from current state to future state.
· Create and maintain of a variety of operational and infrastructure documentation, standards, diagrams/workflows and procedural manuals. (Knowledge of technical writing concepts required).
· Provide weekly status reports to Prudential project manager.
· Build solid relationships with internal business partners and technology team members across organizational lines and levels.
· Collect information to analyze and evaluate existing or proposed systems.

Required Skills/Experience
· High level of ITSM methodology business and systems analysis experience

· Must have a high level of Actuarial business analysis experience
· Must have a high level of financial business systems analysis experience
· Significant experience in business analysis within a technical environment required.
· Strong relationship building skills are required.
· Highly developed analytical, facilitation, problem solving, communication and organization skills are required.

Manage major projects or multiple mid/small projects. Manage all aspects of a
project, from beginning to end, with direct accountability for project execution
while leading a project team, or teams, to accomplish specific objectives in a
given timeframe and with limited resources to return specific value to the
business.

ACCOUNTABILITIES: (Key roles and responsibilities for this position.)

1. Manage major projects or numerous mid to smaller projects with overall
accountability for project success.
2. When needed, act as a Program Manager, with accountability for related series

3. Implement and follow Project Management Office standard methodologies,

Functions for project management methodology and reporting.
7. Work with project sponsor(s) and the team to establish project performance
goals, metrics and baselines.
8. Establish and maintain effective communications with team members,
stakeholders, senior management and contacts. Communicate project status to
identified stakeholders through routine status reports and meetings.
9. Initiate and maintain issues logs, proactively identifying issues and
coordinating resolution of both technical and business issues.
10. Create and maintain project dashboards and risk mitigation plans. Manage
project dependencies and draw attention to possible schedule and cost variances
as well as risks to quality.
11. Ensure all project time is accounted for and project and team member
activities are routinely collected and reported in standard fashion. Estimate
resources needed on projects to ensure success.
12. Manage project costs. Update Project Accounting Sheets with monthly actual
to track spend against budget.
13. Where appropriate, coordinate vendor activities to ensure project success.
14. Other duties as required.
