My friends often tease me, saying:  “Rod, you’re always networking.  Why not

That’s why I now tell you this:  If you decide not to pursue my job search

The Manager, Business Analytics will play a lead role within the Global Sales Operations team.
• Discover new paths for growth by uncovering and developing new analytic customer segments
• Provide integrated analytical solutions across customers and channels to improve decision-making for marketing and sales
• Optimize budget and programs through test-and-learn, discipline, innovation and analysis to get the best possible return on investment firm to provide the right product to the right customer at the right time.

AVP, Senior Java Developer (Jersey City, NJ) $120K
High profile financial firm with offices in Jersey City and NYC seeks a Senior Java developer to join them full time. This role can be in either JC or NYC. This exciting position would offer a Senior Java developer with strong skills in Middleware, the opportunity to work closely with mission critical, data driven systems for the firm and will develop the middleware integration layer that will connect key data centric systems. This layer will be able to extract data from any and/or all of the data centric systems. This system will also be used to interface to other client facing applications.

Skills must include:
· Strong experience in messaging, i.e. JMS, MQ, Tibco Rendezvous, Tibco EMS
· Strong experience in Web Services in Weblogic, Jboss, Tomcat
· Review requirements and create technical designs and estimates
· 8 - 10 years experience in application development utilizing JAVA/J2EE technologies
· Participate in Internal and External Technical Design sessions
· Proven ability to work with business users, gather and document requirements and analyze and provide delivery timelines
· Experience in open source development on a UNIX & Linux platform using tools such as Eclipse, Subversion
· Ability to work with DB Architects, Data Modelers, and DBAs on database designs that improve the effectiveness and performance of query and reporting
· Strong knowledge of relational databases (Preferably Oracle) and be proficient with SQL
· Create Change Requests related to requirements and allocate to implementation developers
· Deliver accurate and detailed release notes
· Architectural review, design and critical data analysis skills

Required experience:
· Experience in the following: JAVA, J2EE, XML, SOAP, REST, LDAP, Active Directory
· Relational database experience: Oracle PL/SQL, SQLServer, Sybase, UDB
· Experience with messaging systems: WebsphereMQ, Tibco, JMS,
· Experience with message oriented middleware and SOA
· Experience with multi-threading
· Experience with data transformation (ETL, Informatica) a plus
· Spring Framework required

Academic and professional qualifications
Candidate must have a strong technical background.
A degree in computer science is a plus but will be measured against technical background, experience and managerial skills.

Consultant will be responsible for managing the development, deployment, and
maintenance of the global compliance training curriculum for the worldwide

countries.

- Strong written, verbal and presentation skills, and ability to present complex

Director of Compliance will be responsible for the development and oversight of

effective compliance program, including compliance with federal and state

Responsibilities:

· Manage and oversee compliance activities including developing and
updating a compliance program.
· Promote an awareness and understanding of positive ethical principals
consistent with organizational policies and goals as well as those required by
federal law.
· Communicate compliance activities including written materials and
training programs designed specifically to promote understanding of compliance
issues, laws, regulations, and consequences of non-compliance.
· Implement systems and procedures to capture all information needed to
comply with state and federal reporting requirements.

· Work with inside and outside counsel in connection with compliance
activities.
· Work with appropriate functional areas to implement corrective action
to resolve compliance deficiencies.
· Monitor the performance of the compliance program and relate activities
on a continuing basis, taking appropriate steps to improve effectiveness.
· Maintain awareness of laws and regulations, keeping abreast of current
changes that may affect the organization.
· Direct activities to determine those areas of risk for which compliance
activities should be undertaken.
· Establish and implement periodic monitoring and evaluation programs to
effectively assess compliance of processes that are in place.
· Audit internal corporate procedures.

Requirements:

· Law degree strongly preferred
· 5-7+ years experience in compliance in the pharmaceutical industry
· 3+ years of management experience
· Strong knowledge of compliance regulations
· Strong ability to audit internal corporate procedures
· Strong ability to champion internal policies for both the US Affiliate
and Corporate headquarters in Denmark.

· Strong problem-solving skills
· Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
· Demonstrated leadership ability
· Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
