Title: Quality Assurance Lead
Location: Westport, CT
Compensation range: $100-150K
Overview:
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Lead who will partner closely with
business analysts, project management, and application support team to
design and test new applications, build tools and automation, and enhance
the overall reliability and performance of the software test infrastructure.
The role involves analyzing, validating, and testing software development
projects by writing test plans and test cases, performing ad hoc, manual,
and automated testing. The successful candidate will help design and build
intelligent systems that can explore a wide range of integration testing
scenarios and participate in enterprise-wide QA build by helping to
institutionalize software excellence throughout the company.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
. Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent
. Minimum 4-7 years of experience in a quality assurance,
development, business analyst, or project management role with good
understanding of how QA interacts with other disciplines
. Ideal candidate has current hands-on experience in QA analysis and
execution with recent transition into QA Lead role
. Solid SQL experience (database is MS SQL Server)
. Ability to read and understand C# or other object oriented code
(Java, C++)
. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
. Attention to detail
. Automation and/or performance test experience is beneficial; HP
suite preferred

Assignment Name:DIIT -2010-27-DOC ETL Developer
Work Location: Downtown Manhattan, New York
Scheduled Work Hours:9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday (including 1 hour for lunch), 40 work hours per week, possible evenings and/or weekends (excluding City holidays).
Assignment Start/End Date:Projected Start Date – December 20, 2010

SCOPE OF SERVICES
The Siebel Development Lead will manage all development for a Siebel 8.0 implementation that involves Siebel integration with a front-end web application.
Responsibilities include:
• Lead the Siebel development team in technical design, configuration and unit test
• Maintain the development workplan to monitor workload and track team progress
• Perform technical design, configuration and unit test as needed in order to meet project timelines
• Act as the point of contact for all Siebel development issues related to the project
• Meet with business owners to capture application requirements and manage scope accordingly
• Manage the triage of all defects and issues to resolution
• Ensure that agency and industry standards are followed in configuration and scripting
• Coordinate recommended solutions for performance and usability improvements
• Work with configurations, designers, and architects to ensure that the configured application meets requirements and performance goals
• Coordinate transitions of the application or technical architecture components to the test and application support teams
• Ensure that documentation standards are followed
• Escalate issues and provide status to management
