You will serve as a subject matter expert leading and managing quantitative modeling and produce actionable marketing mix analysis for firm's clients. The candidate should be self directed with prior experience in developing models for a variety of products. 60%/70% of this role is hands-on data mining; 30%/40% is client facing. This role will talk modeling techniques directly to external clientele.

The Position
> As an integral part of the marketing mix team, identify the
business objectives for marketing accountability specific to each
client project.
> Strong presentation skill set required of data findings in laymen
to external clients and internally across disciplines.
> Apply deep understanding of mass media planning and buying, retail
audits and scanner data, in-store marketing, direct marketing,
online media metrics and elements in the marketing mix (including
pricing, and distribution) to develop appropriate modeling
strategies
> Lead the data setup, statistical analysis and build marketing mix
models – this is a hands-on role.

Qualifications
> Absolute "must have's" –mix modeling supporting syndicated
marketing applications; time series/forecasting of

The Manager, Business Analytics will play a lead role within the Global Sales Operations team.

• Discover new paths for growth by uncovering and developing new
analytic customer segments
• Provide integrated analytical solutions across customers and
channels to improve decision-making for marketing and sales
• Optimize budget and programs through test-and-learn, discipline,
innovation and analysis to get the best possible return on
investment firm to provide the right product to the right customer
at the right time.
• This role will give presentations to and rub elbows with Sr mgmt
and high level non-executive staff.
• Role will be more tactical focusing more on the technical side,
less on the marketing side. Very strong SAS skills are essential.

Responsibilities:
•50% of this role is determining the effectiveness of direct
marketing activities through various analytical methods including
but not limited to: segmentation, value schemes and predictive
modeling , experimental design, LTV, reporting & analysis, finc'l

Qualifications:

and analytical methods
•Deep experience in statistical modeling techniques and analysis,

LTV, reporting and analysis, financial modeling, web marketing

Overview:
Manages client deliverables by leading a team of Consultants and Analysts in the delivery of campaign findings and analytic insights/recommendations. Enables continuous measurable improvement of multiple media campaigns through the successful design and execution of dashboard reports, campaign test / measurement plans and analytic and reporting deliverables. Communicates effectively to senior clients, by translating complex metrics into actionable business decisions.

Responsibilities:
• Acts as interface to internal departments and clients for dashboard

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or business with
quantitative work experience (required). Post graduate degree in a
quantitative field or MBA (preferred).
• 5-7 years work experience in marketing analysis.
• Experiential knowledge of Direct Marketing techniques for: Testing
and evaluation of campaign elements, Tracking and measurement of
campaign metrics, Analysis and reporting of campaign metrics.
Experience managing data and data mining. Strong basic statistics
