Job Title: Project Management Support of IME

Duties: Reporting to the VP for Independent Grants and Learning, this position will provide high-level support to several cross-functional projects. Support will require excellent management and administrative skills, the ability to provide statistical support for analysis of various projects including analysis of appropriateness of data as it relates to educational outcomes design, sample size and methodologies, literature and internet research, data entry skills, significant cross-functional interaction, and excellent teamwork and communication skills. Projects will include but are not limited to the following:

New Cost-Sharing Model for IME ?V Pilot project: Manage cross-functional meetings (agendas, meetings, follow-up), investigate and report on cost-sharing models and contracts in other industries based on literature and internet searches; assist in ensuring implementation of action plans from meetings including but not limited to developing appropriate contract language, assisting in developing reports and powerpoint presentations summarizing progress etc.

Advancing Education for REMs: Assist in meeting planning, management, and follow-up for this project with internal and external stakeholders. Undertake review and summary of current practices for CME and REMs education based on literature and internet research. Present findings to leadership.

Independent Medical Education Research and Publication Plan: Perform literature searches on topics related to planned publications related to CME practice patterns.

Other duties as assigned: Assist with grant processing, reconciliations, IME grant website, and other administrative tasks in IME as assigned.

Skills: Ability to provide statistical support, and concisely and effectively summarize, communicate and present findings from meetings, lit searches etc. Excellent organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of the CME environment and landscape is an asset. 3-5 years of Pharmaceutical experience preferred. Background or interest in education, outcomes, evaluation and learning an asset.

Education: BA or MA preferred. Extensive project management experience, and experience with literature searches using established databases (eg. Pubmed) and internet

Position: Senior Project Manager – Financial Systems in Basking Ridge, NJ

Challenging, high profile position responsible for the successful implementation of new financial system and re-engineered business processes. Works with all levels of management to design and implement scalable processes and systems that support growth and improve the accuracy and reliability of financial information.

Required Experience:
• 7+ years project management experience at an enterprise level implementing integrated business processes that leverage system capabilities and best practices.
• 5+ years working with Finance and Accounting processes and systems.
• Experience implementing ERP or financial analysis applications. Experience with Microsoft Great Plains a strong plus.
• Experience working with robust software development and project management lifecycle methodologies.

Education:
• 4 year degree in IT, computer science or related field.
• Finance, Accounting or MBA degree a plus.
• PMP certification a plus.

Required Skills:
• Strong project management expertise from Initiation through Closeout phases.
• Excellent understanding of finance and accounting processes.
