| For the Program and Project Manager postions we are looking at rates from $80 - $110 to the independent consultant. If we can find an ideal candidate with extensive expereince in organizational change managment we are willing to go to the client and try to obtain a higher rate. For the organizational change managment position, the candidate should have this as the major focus of thier career over the last 15 years and be considered and expert in the field who can work with all levels of the organization from the CEO to a clerk in the call center.
