Hi! My name is Jennifer and I'm an IT Recruiter for DIVERSANT LLC, an IT Staffing Company.
We have a 6-12 month renewable contract in Jersey City, NJ for an Enginner Manager. Please note - job description is heavy on Citrix... must have some recent Citrix but someone with overall solid infrastructure management could be fine too.
Job Details:
This position is for Engineering of client Virtual Infrastructure. Candidate will be responsible for leading team of Citrix engineers in architecting, engineering and implementing the expansion of and future updates to client Virtual Platform including delivery of the solutions and planned implementations. Define, test and justify new solutions to enhance and improve existing infrastructure. Provide leadership in resolution of critical platform issues. Candidate must demonstrate extensive, proven, hands–on experience in managing an engineering team. Candidate must have at least 6+ years of experience in team leadership role in corporate IT environment with multiple support teams with delimited responsibilities. Proven experience in defining and implementing Citrix platforms spanning multiple farms, hundreds of servers and thousands of users.
Extensive, technical, hand-on experience with XenApp 4.5 and higher, application streaming technologies, server provisioning, profile management products, third-party printing solutions. In-depth knowledge of Citrix infrastructure components including: Web interfaces, PNAServer, NetScaler, License Server management, Edgesight. Management and configuration of RSA SecurID Server is desirable. Experience with XenServer and XenDesktop is desirable. Experience with thin client management.
