Competitive Advantage<http://www.idgpublishing.com/rt.asp?I=40BA5X1BFX2&L=558753>
*

*More than ever, competitive advantage is fueled by employee knowledge and
know-how. It is imperative that executives understand how to optimize their
information systems to increase the quantity and quality of interactions
between employees, customers and partners. *

Conventional enterprise applications, content management platforms and BPM
solutions excel at standardizing and automating well defined processes. But
they fall short in supporting the inherently collaborative work of knowledge
professionals like engineers; scientists; supply chain managers;
underwriters; financial managers; health and human services case workers;
marketers and such.

*It's time for forward thinking and practical advice.*
