Responsibilities:

1. Create and maintain all Program documents (MS project plan, MS Excel, MS

Word, MS Powerboat)

2. Understand project dependencies both within and across programs and

ensure these are accurately reflected in all project documents

3. Monitor project progress, improve project status transparency and

evaluate project status and resource utilization

4. Identify potential project risks, suggest appropriate courses of action

to address project slippage and develop strategies to mitigate future risk

5. Integrate with IT and Functions at meetings to review execution status

against plan. Coordinate with all teams and drive completion of assigned

deliverables. Identify and communicate potential delays and alternatives to

mitigate and minimize impact to timeline

6. Develop project management tools to aid in the tracking and reporting of

program deliverables

7. Maintain and enhance project toll-gating and governance processes.

8. Maintain policies, procedures and templates that support the Project

Management methodology

9. Facilitate the approach and planning of recalibrations when necessary and

identify alternatives to optimize plan

10. Coordinate communication mechanisms including status, metrics, updating

boards/visual displays

11. Maintain structure and access for Sharepoint

12. Assist with administration of PMO processes

Qualifications/ Requirements:

1. Working knowledge of Investment Bank and/or Finance processes

2. Familiarity with project management standards, preferably PMI

3. 3-5 years previous experience

4. Project planning expert, ability to define an approach, logically group

and order work, assess resource requirements and impact to work if resources

or tasks change

5. This position requires experience with the execution of program

management plans, methodologies, processes and tools, project plans, and

schedules

6. Requires excellent organizational, presentation, and communication

skills, as well as facilitation and negotiation skills

7. Expertise in Microsoft Project, Visio and PowerPoint, ability to use

other MS Office tools including Outlook, Excel, Word

8. Bachelors degree in Business Admin, IT, Operations or Finance is required

9. Highly intelligent, driven individual with an unusual amount of common

sense

10. An open and engaging personality and a quick mind
