My direct client in the Advertising & Marketing industry has an immediate need for a Project Manager:
Duration: Permanent FULL TIME
Location: NYC
Start: asap
Rate: asap
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Facilitating the successful completion of a variety of marketing, advertising and creative projects for several of our Fortune 500 clients
* Assembling and managing offsite/virtual project resources and teams
* Collaborating with clients and creative resources to develop initial project scopes, objectives, requirements, schedules and budget estimates
* Monitoring and controlling project progression; document scope changes and secure additional budget, time and/or resources if necessary
* Reviewing project content and design to ensure compliance with project scope, objectives and requirements, as well as client brand standards
* Conducting post-project reviews with; documenting lessons learned and opportunities for improvement
* Other project management and traffic duties as needed
BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE:
* 2-5 years hands-on creative project management, preferably in ad agency and/or corporate in-house marketing environments, pharma experience (understanding of ebb and flow) a huge plus
* Hands-on creative production management experience for print and interactive marketing, iPad exp. also a plus
* Strong QA, editing, and proofreading skills
* Project Management Professional (PMP) certification a plus
HARD SKILLS:
* Ability to manage and traffic multiple projects, prioritize and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Exceptional attention to detail: not just project details, but content, design and brand details as well
* Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including PowerPoint
* Prior client-facing/
SOFT SKILLS:
* Proven superior project management skills
* Strong communication skills
* Proactivity and adaptability in a fast-paced, multi-project environment
* Dynamic team player interested in improving internal processes
* A great attitude and an impulse to say YES with solutions and alternatives
* Strong organizational agility and interpersonal skills
* Ability to collaborate as well as work independently
* Experience with iPads a plus
* Print background a plus

My direct software client is in immediate need of a .Net Architect
Location: King of Prussia, PA
Duration: 6-7 months
Job Description:
We need high quality C# developers with good .NET knowledge and several years experience developing Web-based applications. Experience working in an agile development environment is highly desirable. Knowledge of appropriate design patterns and programming best practices is desired. A thorough understanding of and history successfully using object-oriented programming concepts is essential.
Designs, develops, modifies, debugs and evaluates programs for functional areas, including but not limited to finance, human resources, manufacturing and marketing. Analyzes existing programs or formulates logic for new systems, devises logic procedures, prepares flowcharting, performs coding and tests/debugs programs. Develops conversion and system implementation plans. Prepares and obtains approval of system and programming documentation. Recommends changes in development, maintenance and system standards. Trains users in conversion and implementation of system.
Required Skills:
4-6 years basic C Sharp experience
4-6 years of intermediate Javascript
0-3 years of Basic MS Visual Studio
4-6 years of Object-Oriented Design
