The ideal candidate will lead the technology administration for company. The Role would be a Manager that was hands-on in Microsoft development in the past and is now looking at the VP level.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
§ Establish an appropriate vision and direction for managing the technology affairs of and ensure that resources are aligned with the firm's key priorities
§ Develop and implement a 5 year technology business plan
§ Review technology staff qualifications versus the technology business plan to make sure the right skill sets are in place to support the plan
§ Direct the sourcing, development, training and monitoring of technology staff
§ Manage enterprise wide activities including infrastructure, networks, computer operations, desktop support, telecommunications, office automation, storage management and security.
§ Develop technology policies, procedures, and performance management processes and measures
§ Monitor projects, technical work and schedules
§ Participate in the annual budget process regarding technology spending
§ Create a professional environment that respects individual differences and enables all employees to work together to achieve common goals and objectives
§ Provide guidance, coaching, counseling and supervision to the technology staff

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
§ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Business Management, post graduate work a plus
§ Ten plus years of progressively responsible, recent, related, management experience at a senior level with functional and technical aspects of technology support services and related solutions, capabilities and technologies
§ Comprehensive knowledge of technology project management, business planning, application systems support, database administration, end user support functions, network and server infrastructure and telecommunication platforms.
§ Experience with and/or an in depth understanding of the following: e-commerce processing, responsive design, mobile computing, content management systems, SQL Server, ASP.Net, C#, HTML 5, and JavaScript
§ Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting a strategic vision into an operation model
§ Integrity, entrepreneurial attitude, strong interpersonal skills
§ Effective communication skills and a strong commitment to developing team members
