[itroundtable] LEAD: Recruiting Mgr - IT Co - NJ - to 200k

 

Talent Resources has been engaged by our client company to conduct a
search for a Recruiting Manager for a $400 million IT staffing company
with a growing operation in Jersey City. The Recruiting Manager is
responsible for overseeing a team of five IT Recruiters and works in a
matrix structure supporting a team of five Business Development
Managers. The individual will perform the following duties and assume
the following responsibilities.

Duties and Responsibilities

Strategic:

• Understand sand implement strategies designed to capture market share
• Assist in meeting team/individual revenue, margin, and contribution
objectives
• Assist in establishing long-term strategy and plans for delivery for
the branch
• Establish and manage team and individual goals to achieve plan
• Ensure a candidate pipeline process is developed and maintained
• Make key skill resume submittals to acquire new or additional business
• Collaborate nationally with other Recruiting Manager to build a
uniform recruiting front for the Client's customers
• Train recruiters in passive recruiting, closing techniques and other
recruiting best practices


Tactical:

• Assist in recruiting, selecting, training and evaluating new and
existing IT recruiters
• Assist new and existing recruiters in achieving their quota
• Mentor and encourage recruiters in building/growing technical knowledge
• Assure processes and quality performance is maintained
• Train and ensure recruiters the proper, effective and consistent
utilization of CLIENT's recruiting tools and database
• Ensure correct data entry by all recruiters into the CRM system
• Ensure the recruiters maintain the Recruitment Cycle from the
inception of identifying a consultant to closing a deal. Actively
participate in the Recruitment Cycle when required
• Drive and assign the Order Management/Recruitment Process by managing
the overall requisition flow and setting priorities for the branch
• Actively involved in the coordination of the Recruiter Allocation
throughout the business day and communicate requirement prioritization
process efficiently
• Comprehend complex job orders and facilitate this information to the
Recruitment Team
• Provide overall direction, customer service and assist recruiters in
recruiting and retaining contract employees. Deliver high quality
service to customers and contract employees by matching contract
employee's skills with customer needs
• Act as key liaison to Managing Director and other management/sales teams
• Troubleshoot to resolve problems or complaints of customers and/or
contract employees
• Build professional relationships with customers, contract employees
and staff
• Communicate effectively with buying influences

Compensation is a combination of a base in six figures and total comp
should yield a package in excess of $200k.
