Job Requisition Number 382444 Consumer Products/Industrial Manufacturing Company is looking for: POSITION: Senior Project/Program Manager (PMP Certified) LOCATION: Home Based – No Relocation Required SALARY: $110-130K + 20% Bonus DEGREE: Must have PMP Certification, Degree not required but preferred EXPERIENCE: 8+ Years Project Management RELOCATION: Not Required TRAVEL: 50-60% depending on the needs of the business Keys to this job Project budget size – 5mm-25mm, good financial management (actually managed the budget not just oversee) Project team size –50+ team members (Direct/core team 12, additional team members up to 30, stakeholders 12) Cross functional experience managing projects (manufacturing/distribution, systems implementation, continuous improvement) PM experience - 8 + years as a dedicated project manager (not a dual role), a project manager by profession Description of the Position: The Project Manager, Production facilitates processes and communication to ensure the success of all manufacturing and supply chain projects. Qualifications: • PMP certification required. • Education – BS Degree Preferred; not required • 8+ years in project management. • Production studio experience preferred. • Experience with Microsoft Project or equivalent project management software, and Microsoft Office. Responsibilities: • Facilitate design phase of production projects, including setting up meetings, gathering information from all stakeholders, and recapping and distributing information. • Oversee the flow of communication between team members in regards to projects. • Provide status and progress reports on projects. Ensure Director is equipped with up to date status of projects. • Utilize project management tools - Track and maintain project schedules, task lists, resources and work allocation. • Participate in and initiate iterative process improvements. Skills and Abilities: • Collaboration skills. • Familiarity with technology project life cycles. • Communication and Interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and part of a team. • Organized and fluent in project management tools. • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Strong facilitator. • Easily able to prioritize and delegate.
