We have been engaged to assist our client, Westlake Plastics Company ("Westlake"), in their search for a Vice President of Finance. Westlake is a world leading manufacturer of high performance thermoplastics using extrusion and compression molding technologies, and they are poised for tremendous growth over the next few years. The Company is headquartered in Aston, PA.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in progressively responsible financial management roles. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of accounting principles, including GAAP, financial statement close processes, and financial reporting, and will be experienced in a manufacturing environment with a solid understanding of cost accounting and inventory valuation. A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related business field is required. CPA and/or MBA preferred.
Compensation consists of a base salary in the $125K range and performance-based bonus.
