Subject: Project Manager with Hyperion and/or JD Edwards

Hi there,

Pardon the outreach but you are in my database and I wanted to tell you about an interesting opportunity. I have an PM role that can be FT, consulting or right to hire depending on your interest. Please take a look and let me know if you are interested in discussing the details.

Lead Major projects – huge budgets- huge visibility
Small company – about 250 people - need great "fit"

This is a PM for large financial transformation
Need Entrepreneurial spirit - not just PM tracker (no "gant charts" please – need solid change management
Must have JD Edwards and /or Hyperion --- open to FT or Consultant

Mission – they have chosen JD Edwards, in negotiation with Oracle. They have chosen Hyperion – EPM for forecasting and financial consolidation and SEC reporting
Over the next 2 years – will be implementing all products - re–do all business process
Team is #1 team for expectation for what is needed to delivery — Board of Directors asks for Quarterly report
Need JD Edwards Experience and/or Hyperion – don't need "expertise" - will hire other solution architects
Internal interface with following groups:
- Financial planning and Analysis — financial planning/forecasting group — and Accounting team (Closing books) , Financial Accounting
Biggest challenges — create a "fit" with the business groups – work collaboratively /team builder
The role will evolve once go "live" -- very dynamic firm
They have a very high level plan -- it's MRI now (real estate specific) and home grown consolidation system- for hyperion (lot of manual complex Excel – need to move over )
Need to straddle both business (process re-engiennering) and how to apply to the technology (system integration

I'm hoping we can connect soon.

Regards,
Amy
