Real Estate/Site Management firm seeks FP&A manager who will be responsible for  generating regular and ad hoc reports on the key performance metrics of the Origination Department, including but not limited to monthly report packages, financial scenarios and investment analysis.  The ideal candidate is a well-rounded self-starter interested in learning about business and finance in a fast-paced, demanding environment.  Previous experience running financial models and proficiency with Excel essential.
 
Essential Duties:
Generate standard and ad hoc reporting packages on the performance of the origination, legal and lead generation departments.  Review self-generated reports for notable trends within departments and metrics.
Create quarterly reporting packages and PowerPoint presentations for board-level meetings.
Prepare and present monthly financial statements, working with accounting and finance departments.
