·  This individual will be responsible for managing all general accounting functions.

·  They must be able to handle multiple projects, have experience with Mergers and Acquisitions and have audit exposure.

REQUIREMENTS:

·  8 to 10 years of Accounting Experience

·  Must have CPA

·  IT Industry experience a huge plus.
