is located in Saddle brook, NJ. It is a medium size Public Accounting firm.

1. Two strong Tax Seniors.

- Specializing in 1040 preparation and Prosystemfx knowledge. Some
corporate is great.

- Reverse of the above..specializing in corporate preparation in
various industries. Some individual is great.

2. Sr. Tax Manager level, that has a significant amount of 1040 review
experience.

3. Strong Audit Senior.
