. Work with customers and project teams to define systems requirements
accurately and thoroughly, formulate solution alternatives, and reach
agreements on appropriate solutions.
. Develop work breakdown structures, identify dependencies, develop
estimates, and
. Convert conceptual designs into technical solutions represented by
process models, use-case diagrams, technical specifications, and other
appropriate design documents.
Qualifications:
. B.S. Degree in Computer Sciences, Information Systems or equivalent
engineering or business-related field required.
. Strong written and verbal communication skills to work with IT and
customer teams.
. Strong work ethic and demonstrated ability to work effectively in a
team environment
. Demonstrated competency in analytical thinking
. CIS / Billing systems experience desired.
. Customer/1 knowledge and experience (especially mainframe) desired.
