Our client has an immediate need for a Sr. .NET Developer.

Summary:
We are currently looking for a skilled Senior Programmer/Software Developer to join our software development team! In this position you will be responsible for full life-cycle development of web and desktop applications using the latest .Net technologies and SQL Server 2005. You will take part in all aspects of the design and development of our unique customer facing web applications and internal business applications; these include Blogs, Content Management Systems, E-Commerce Store Fronts, Bulletin Boards, Editorial Web Sites, Job Boards and many supporting applications. You will be involved in all aspects of the of the interface, business objects and database design, all while working with a highly experienced team of Programmers, Designers, Architects and Database Professionals.

We are looking a Developer that wants to work in a dynamic, result oriented environment where their superior performance will be will be recognized and rewarded

Requirements:

· A four year degree in Computer Science or equivalent education through actual work experience.

· A minimum of four years of software development experience in VB6 or VB.NET. A minimum of two years of .NET development experience preferred.

· Experience in database design and SQL.

· Excellent oral and written communication skills

· Experience in SQL Server 2005 and its development tools is a plus but experience with other Database applications will be considered.

Technologies:

Visual Stuidio.NET including VB.NET, C# and ASP.NET
Windows 2003, XP and Vista
Internet Information Server 6.0

**This is a permanent position. Salary is commensurate with experience. This client is not able to offer sponsorship at this time.**
