BA or BS in Business (MBA preferred).
7-10 years experience in business to business new strategic client sales
Experience in the RPO, MSP, and/or BPO space
Experience in Professional, Technical, and/or commercial staffing space
Experience working within large complex matrix organizations
Ability to present to large audiences and/or C-level executives
Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills, strong relationship building and problem solving skills, keen sense of the consultative sales process and high level of financial acumen.
