**Marketing Manager required for a financial client in Westchester, New York**

This is not a marketing sales position, it is a creative internal, branding, marketing position, ideally someone with creative skills such as Adobe InDesign who can design and develop their own marketing materials and must have a sound financial understanding and background.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
(1) Design, implement and facilitate annual and 5 year marketing plan for the firm; (2) Create and administer the firm's annual Marketing budget; (3) Create branding, research and market studies; (4) Explore conference opportunities and occasionally attend conferences; (5) Ensure continuity of marketing collateral and presentations; prepare materials, and propose giveaways; (6) Develop ideas for corporate awards and contests; (7) Oversee website design and development; (8) Explore advertising and media opportunities; and (9) Work closely with public relations firms.

QUALIFICATIONS:
o 5-7 years + Marketing or Communications experience; Finance related field essential
o Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications or Public Relations required
o MS or MBA a plus
o Creativity, excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail and willingness to learn
o Previous experience drafting press releases and newsletters
o Ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines
o Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
o Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
o Expertise in visual communication skills that include experience in Adobe Creative Suite software such as InDesign

Base salary up to $115k plus bonus

Job Description:
Designs software QA methods and procedures for use by QA and development staff to ensure all information systems meet minimum company standards and end user requirements
- Develop QA test plans and project staffing estimates
- Work closely with the other members of the Development Team and Marketing to review the designs of systems, implement test plans, and test the quality of software products.
- Assemble and build software projects and installation packages.
