SUMMARY:

This position is part of a team that provides security services and
information risk management support for our global offices. Specifically,
this team acts as a control group to ensure that security operations
procedures are performed and all risks are mitigated or remediated.

KEY DUTIES:

* Executive Dashboard Reporting of Key Risk Indicators

* Project Management for the Controlled Access to Information program

* Patch Management Program Management and Reporting

* In addition, the IRM PMO will provide transparency and reporting for
several new initiatives including End Point Security, AXA Metrics program
and File Share entitlement management

* Project Management of security control/countermeasure implementation and
enhancement

* Project Management of enhancements to the formal service request system to
streamline Information Security review and reporting

* Workflow and process improvement

* Knowledge of Information Security and Risk Management principles a plus

-Presentations required: Some

REQUIRED:

* Technical four year degree, Masters preferred

* Five+ years of experience working as part of a Project Management Office

* Proven ability to manage complex initiatives and provide executive
reporting

* Proven ability to manage competing priorities, multi-task, take ownership
of problems and resolve conflicts.

* Proven ability to build and manage relationships with senior business and
IT executives. * Strong work ethic and team player

* Excellent business communication skills (written, verbal and presentation
skills).

* MS SharePoint, InfoPath and C++ development skills desirable
