We are adding a Senior Project Manager in New York City.
Primary responsibilities:

Manage project teams in a cross divisional, matrixed organization for projects involving cross-functional groups focused on the delivery of an online destination site and white labeled solutions. Project includes working with other businesses that we are dependent on, expansion into opportunities outside the US, and project management from the delivery to external customers in October via a private beta thru to public launch.
Create and maintain program/project schedules
Provide insight into resource capacity and delivery dates
Provide insight into whether or not we have the right resources in the right places.
Provide accurate and timely reports on program/project status, risk and issues
Work on complex issues for resolution where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of the company
Monitor expansion of project into other geographies, and user groups.
· Ensure we are using our budget in the optimal way and that we are on track from a financial perspective.
· Drive the key performance indicators and work with Managing Director to use this as a communication vehicle to describe the team's success both with the team and with senior management.
Qualifications

Ability to manage large, cross-functional projects regardless of type of project (technical, operational, etc)
10+ years of related work experience
Strong people skills, and ability to collaborate across groups
Ability to present to senior managers
Formal Project Management training
PMP or equivalent certification a plus
