Five Ways to Reduce Risk in Outsourcing
Outsourcing projects make up billions of dollars in costs and revenue for
organizations. With billions at stake, organizations can, and should, be doing
better. Please join J. LeRoy Ward, PMP, PgMP, for a live webinar as he reports
on the state of outsourcing practices and offers five concrete steps to reducing
risk in outsourcing - steps that can lead to greater success and more value for
your money.
Using the results of a recent ESI global survey of project outsourcing, Mr. Ward
will share some particularly disturbing findings:
* A whopping 75% of organizations surveyed don't always define requirements
clearly.
* Only 50% of the organizations believe that outsourcing team members have the
appropriate project management skills to manage such projects.
* Just 45% of organizations report that they have a strong risk management
culture.
