Job Descriiption A major Foreign Bank Holding Company is looking for a Client Onboarding Manager / Service Manager in their New York office.
Main Function
Initial focus of role is to support Build-the-Bank project team to ensure seamless access and usage by global users To the next generation Client Onboarding platform.
Following system-go-live, role will transition into the area of Service Management with individual holding responsibility For service reporting and provision to service stakeholders within the Bank's Wealth Division. There will be a continued Requirement for ongoing systems integration.
Main Duties
Engagement with infrastructure teams, e.g. Networks / Database to ensure an operational platform for the Wealth Division End users, abound a global and diverse infrastructure.
Service Provision and Reporting responsibilities will be assured on the go-live of the project as it moves into RTB mode.
Responsible for production of system documentation.
Skills Required Essential
Working knowledge and experience of the following technologies: Weblogic – Oracle – Informatica – TIBCO – MQ Series ( Businessworks )
Working knowledge of Windows on the desktop level, specifically in the area of Java applications. Experience of producing system documentation Knowledge of appreciation of ITIL Disciplines, in particular Change and Release Management Service Delivery Management experience of engagement with Infrastructure ( e.g. Networks / Web Infrastructure) To ensure platform is accessible and usable in satellite locations. High level understanding or web technologies including proxy servers, firewalls, DNS, load balancing. Experience of working in a large Blue Chip organisaion. 2+ years relevant experience.
Desirable Experience:
Experience of banking, ideally investment banking / Wealth Management Project Management skills, e. g. PRINCE2 / PMP Knowledge of Gold Tier application suite.
Salary Range This is a full time position for a Vice President and salary is based on experience.
