Responsibilities: Direct all incident management activities, including:

* Reporting (logging) of incidents, defects and change requests

o Determine type of resolution: development or user training, defect
or change request

o Determine priority, severity and development owner

* Defects:

o Coordinate all level 1 and 2 help desk response

o Ensure appropriate severity and business priority is assigned to
incident

o Ensure incidents are communicated to appropriate vendor or internal
resources for response commesurate with SLAs

o Escalate business issues where appropriate

o Manage the end-to-end response, including:

The incumbent for the Marketing and Communications Associate position is

A NJ based pharmaceutical company has recently merged with a sister pharmaceutical company (both are owned by the same parent company) and has an immediate need for a Consultant to fill a 3-4 month project. This project requires the high level assessment of information technology systems (applications, operations, telecommunications, etc.) currently in use at both organizations and recommending an integration plan to merge common systems and eliminate duplication or inefficiencies. This will cover various financial, commercial (marketing, sales, etc.), regulatory and HR systems. We are not looking for technical expertise in any one particular area â€" we are looking for someone who has performed such integration plans within the pharmaceutical industry. The position will be based in the Morristown, NJ area and require some travel to the Southeast US. It will also work with existing I/T managers and some end users to conduct this assessment and
integration plan.
