The job description is as follows:

Develops and prepares computer systems requirements and develops procedures to process data. Analyzes work flow and functional problems and determines techniques and requirements most feasible for deliveing the service. Works independently with service delivery and process design organizations to define the requirements for the Services to be included in the BMC Remedy Service Catalog.

Requirements will include the components of each service, data points, descriptions, interfaces, respective work flow processes, required services levels, questions and options presented to clients, and business/technical approvals. Prepares definition documenation and analysis of compliance with organizational standards. Develops analytical reports or other products. Graduate degree preferred

This role is includes the following:

- Familiarity with the BMC Remedy Service Request Module

- Experience in development of project documentation, testing materials and execution, training materials, requirements gathering including downstream and upstream interface requirements and adhering to a project management methodology is a must

- Experience must span a BMC Remedy implementation and/or upgrade project

- Business/domain experience
