LinkedIn using your picture to advertise products (social advertising)

Summary:
LinkedIn may now use your picture to advertise other products.  Change privacy settings if you don't like this.
Details:
LinkedIn is doing "social advertising", which means that they can use your picture in LinkedIn ads that are shown to your connections to advertise products that you might not endorse.  Your connections may be misled and think you endorse them, depending on how savvy they are.  (Facebook did this at one point, and most people hated it).
LinkedIn was probably using my picture to "get attention from the ladies".
Here's how you stop it:

Hover your cursor over your name in the upper right hand corner of your LinkedIn page
Click Settings
In the lower left, click "Account"
In the top middle, click "Manage Social Advertising"
Uncheck and SaveCall LinkedIn and offer to sell the use of your picture for $500,000 per year, as I did.
Still waiting.

POSITION
FP&A- Director

ABOUT THE COMPANY
A Consumer Electronics Company is looking for a Director of FP&A who will organize and drive the budget process for a $1B global business, including capital planning and cash management.

RESPONSIBILITIES
•    Manage and improve financial forecast process for the business
•    Work with key stakeholders to define critical performance indicators (KPIs) for the business/business units
•    Establish consistent, repeatable processes to forecast and track KPIs related to P&L and BS&CF statements. 
•    Work with the Global Controller's office to review monthly financial results; investigate significant variances and present financial results (Actual vs. Budget vs PY) to CFO and management.
•    Liaise with Regional/Business Unit CFOs to identify and explain financial trends and recommend/implement corrective actions as necessary.
•    Manage and improve capital appropriate request process to ensure all Company investments meet established return criteria
•    Participate in strategic planning process and develop financial models that can be used to both prioritize initiatives and serve as the basis of evaluation for those initiatives that are implemented
•    Work with key stakeholders to develop and implement a data warehouse for the company to track financial and operational performance indicators
•    Coordinate with accounting departments across the world to ensure month-end, quarterly, and annual reporting needs are met.

QUALIFICATIONS
•    Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent from an accredited university required
•    5-10 years progressively responsible experience in financial, planning and analysis (Consumer Products experience a plus)
•    Strong organizational and project management skills to effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline driven environment.
•    Strong working knowledge of financial statements (e.g., balance sheet, income statement and cash flow components)
•    Strong analytical , critical thinking, and problem skills collaborate across several constituencies 
•    Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills
•    The individual will be expected to work with minimal up-front guidance and take ownership of his / her work product. The individual will work closely with all major functional leaders of the Company.
•    Ability to work independently and as part of a team and take on new tasks with high level of difficulty.
•    Intermediate to advanced experience with MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook or similar programs.
•    Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Hyperion (HFM) / Essbase including Hyperion Retrieve.
