> Summary
> Our client is seeking an experienced Programmer/Analyst - Supply Chain
> Planning to provide support for the Demand & Fulfillment business
> processes and software applications. This includes the technical design,
> configuration and on-going stewardship of business solutions in the JDA
> Supply Chain Planning system (Manugistics/Demand Classification/Marketing
> Manager/Collaborate), Demand Planning data warehouse Reporting and day to
> day operational support. The person will implement, test and document
> Manugistics upgrades, interfaces to SAP and Data Warehouses and other 3rd
> party applications. Translate complex business requirements to develop
> application solutions to be deployed across the enterprise following the
> standard SDLC. Work with internal and external service providers to
> facilitate and ensure on-time project completion and resolution of issues.
> Provide necessary support and training to the Deployment organization to
> enable the roll-out of this capability.

> The position involves support outside of normal business hours needed for
> project implementation, application changes and/or conversions; typically
> these are scheduled at night and/or weekends.

> Required Skills and Experience
> * Bachelor's Degree required
> * 5-7 years of general IT work experience
> * 2-3 years of experience in Manugistics, Demand and Fulfillment
> planning
> * Development and support of business application systems including
> analysis, functional and technical design testing as it relates to Supply
> Chain.
> * 2-3 years configuration experience with ERP, Logistics and Supply
> Chain applications
> * Understanding and use of SDLC methodology good practice
> * Cross-functional business experience is a must
> * Experience with Excel Pivot Tables and SQL and Oracle queries
> * Demonstrated ability to work in (virtual) teams to provide support
> and business solutions
> * Strong presentation skills with experience conducting workshops to
> facilitate continuous improvement in the implemented design and training
> * Experience working for a consumer packaged goods company
> * Exposure to WMS, TMS and TPM applications desired
> * Exposure to Data Warehouse & Business Intelligence concepts desired
> * Must demonstrate Analytical Ability and be Highly Collaborative,
> Multi-Tasker, Detail-Oriented and Self-Motivated
> * Excellent Verbal & Written Communication Skills to interface with
> business customers
> * Good presentation skills to articulate ideas, options and solutions

Temporary Office Help Reporting to HR Mgr.

Rate $15/hr
Hours- about 8-16 a week
Duration- approx. 3 weeks, maybe be longer
Location - Somerset, NJ
Responsibilities: filing, scanning and other HR/Office/Finance admin work while someone is out on FMLA leave
