Things are busy here at Chemtura. It's been 1 1/2 yrs already. 
I'm reaching out to those who I met along the way networking, with the hope you may be able to help me.  I'm working on a project that requires a huge data cleansing and migration effort.  I looking to find out if anyone knows who are the front runners / players in  this area.  Names of companies, contacts, etc would be helpful.

Overview:

Our client is seeking an experienced SAP Manager who will manage a global
team of SAP PP/MM functional analysts. The position involves 30-40%
hands-on configuration as well as management.

Position Responsibilities

. SAP/IT Manufacturing Operations Manager supporting a mix of
discrete and process manufacturing environments, laboratories, and
informatics for global business units.

. Staff, train, and supervise functional SAP Operations IT leads
that provide global manufacturing/operations support.

. Support global businesses in all SAP Manufacturing/Operations,
Production planning, APO, Quality Management & Procurement matters including
process re-engineering and design.

. SAP project planning, design, testing, training & implementation
duties included for all SAP PP/MM/QM/APO modules.

. Country roll-out planning and staffing if necessary.

. Manage the configuration for SAP PP, MM, QM and APO modules in
coordination with the SAP Global Operations team.

Required Skills and Experience

. BS in Information Technology or Engineering. MBA a plus.

. 3-5 years of managing and actively participating in
multiple/simultaneous SAP projects.

. 5 - 7 years of configuration experience including 5-7 SAP global
(international) full life cycle implementations with MM and PP.

. Solid functional and technical understanding of the following SAP
modules: Production Planning (PP), APO, Quality Management (QM), Materials
& Inventory Management (MM) and SAP Best Practices.

. A good understanding of how these SAP modules interact with other
SAP modules (Finance, Sales & Distribution, Services, etc) is also
essential.

. 5-7 years of experience in supporting global SAP production
environments as a systems analyst.

. Six Sigma basic training with a Green Belt preferred.

. Competent in all activities associated to an application
development life-cycle including requirements analysis, detailed design,
configuration, testing, training and implementation.

. 3-5 years of work experience in Operations/Manufacturing/Logistics
is preferred over and above 5-7 years of SAP Implementation experience.
