About the Opportunity:
 
The primary responsibility will be to support all customer-related reporting,
sales data and trending analysis functions for Corporate and Key Accounts for
the Home Infusion Alternate Site Division.    This includes but not limited to
sales efforts, monitoring compliance, in-depth analytical review of purchase
data as well as presenting purchasing and cost savings opportunities to the
Corporate Key Accounts.  The individual will work closely with VP & Director to
support inside/outside sales and marketing efforts for large Corporate and Key
Accounts.
The individual will also act as a liaison between manufacturers, wholesalers and
customers to resolve charge back discrepancies and insure credits are processed
in a timely manner.  The Corporate Account Representative will monitor corporate
accounts' compliance with analytical reports to insure they are maximizing the
full potential of MHA contracts, and provide notification to members of new
products and price changes.
Essential Job Functions: 
 
·         Develop and review sales forecasting, trends and analytical compliance
reports for corporate members.
·         Utilize MHA reports and train Corporate and Strategic customers how to
utilize them in order to maximize on MHA savings potential for their business
·         Identify new opportunities to increase sales with existing corporate
members.

·         Recognize weaknesses, issues or problems with existing Corporate
accounts and organize internal teams to trouble shoot solutions
·         Implement sales and marketing plans and strategies that will in turn
increase company revenue with existing and new accounts
 
 
Job Requirements: 
.
·         BA/BS degree in business-related discipline
·         Minimum of 3+ years detailed sales analysis experience, combined with
inside or outside account management experience to create, maintain and enhance
customer relationships.  Experience preferred in the pharmaceutical, life
sciences, health care services, long term care pharmacy or Home Infusion,
insurance or wholesaler industries.
·         Three years sales project management experience
·         Ability to travel and present opportunities and review analytics to
Corporate/Key members 

·         Extremely detail oriented with excellent organization, analytical,
written and oral communication skills

·         Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well and able to
effectively function in a team-oriented environment.

·         Ability to Illustrate analytical cost saving opportunities to
corporate accounts
·         Ability to work with integrated computer database system included
strong working knowledge of MS Office applications (excel, access, word, power
point), and the ability to understand software, hardware and networks.

·         Motivated, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator

Data Modeler Job Description:
Position is for an experienced senior level relational data modeler. Data
modeler will function as part of Oracle database development team and will be
responsible for creating and maintaining logical/physical data models and
producing data model related documents and artifacts. Major Duties and
responsibilities include:

• Data modeler will be responsible for gathering and understanding necessary
data requirements and producing requirement documentation.

• Work with technical teams to create logical data models, logical entities,
define their attributes using best practices to ensure high data quality and
reduced redundancy.

• Create and maintain logical and physical data models to support new and
existing projects.

• Partner with the application development team to create and implement data
strategies, design and build data flows and develop conceptual data models.

• Create physical data models with the details necessary for a complete physical
data model, including the appropriate specifications for keys, constraints and
other physical model attributes.

• Reverse engineer physical data models from databases and SQL scripts
• Compare data models and physical databases and keep changes in sync
• Follow best practices related to data modeling, including use of standard
naming conventions, processes, and templates to ensure consistency of data
models.

• Follow database development best practices, including database object naming
standards and other coding practices.

The skills, experience, and knowledge required to be considered for this
position include:

• At least 8+ years of experience in relational DB modeling, including
development of ER diagrams.

• Experience with data modeling tools like Erwin, Oracle Designer and Visio.
• Strong knowledge of normalization.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, organizational, and multitasking skills
along with a great attention to detail.

• Strong people skills including the ability to effectively communicate both
orally and in writing to both technical and non-technical audience.

• Ability to collaborate in a team environment and ability to work independently
to meet individual and team goals.

• Data analysis skills, experience with Siperian or some other MDM is a great
plus.

• Bachelor's Degree in MIS/Computer Science or equivalent is required.
• 5+ years of proven success as senior level data modeler.
• 4+ years of experience in PL/SQL is required.
Experience with Oracle DBA related activities is a great plus

Essentially, the client is building huge B2C e-commerce retail sites for
well-known global brands (like Reebok) and they need mid to senior-level people
who have this specific software development experience. Anyone who has put
large catalogs online (with X0,000's of sku's) and is knowledgeable in global
supply chain issues would be a very good prospect. If they have strong
communication skills and worked with Hybris (or ATG or Demandware) it's almost a
slam dunk.

The primary role of this Senior Developer is the design, development, coding,
testing, debugging and documenting of applications satisfying business
requirements of eCommerce projects. This Senior Java Developer provides
technical consultation to the Business / System Analyst and Project Manager for
developing new or modifying existing systems to support the business. This role
also provides mentorship and direction to our current development team using
previous e-Commerce development experience to guide the development lifecycle
using best practices and development standards and avoiding potential pitfalls.

Specific duties and responsibilities include:

Analysis and translation of complex business requirements into technical
requirements for development, and creation of high level technical architecture,
design documents and technical specifications, in accordance with best practices
and standards.
