Monday, July 26, 7-9pm: TCN / Temple Community Network Meeting
.
This month, TCN explores the myriad of job possibilities in the rising "Green Economy." What do sustainable jobs look like? Where do I find them? What options are there for these jobs? How do I create a green job for myself?

Basic topics covered are: the primary business premises behind sustainability, identifying the green jobs in fourteen different industry sectors, specific steps you can take to prepare for a green job and steps to take to create sustainability in an existing job. Side questions that typically get answered include: Why should I care about adding sustainability to my skill set? What defines a job as sustainable?

TCN's July 26th meeting will feature a talk by special guest Paul Cecala, who will present:

"What Are Sustainable Jobs Anyway? Finding Employment in the 'Green Economy'"

Monday, July 26th, 7:00–9:00 PM
