We are currently seeking a Systems Analyst to join our team in our Purchase, New
York headquarters. Responsibilities of this position include:
* Conducting business analysis requirements sessions with business clients
as well as develop business and technical design specs and project plans
* Managing projects and performing development encompassing all stages of
the project life cycle inclusive of: scope, assessment, analysis, development
and implementation
* Analyzing and documenting problems, recommending solutions, and
initiating corrective action
* Testing and communicating system updates on assigned applications
* Designing and coding custom applications and ETL integration systems
* Support third party and in-house applications and manage daily
production processes to support business needs
* Writing procedures and policies, and record system changes for
troubleshooting and auditing
* Performing additional duties as required
Qualified candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science,
Information Systems or related field and be results driven, customer focused and
self-motivated. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must,
as well as strong project management skills. Candidates must have 3-5 years web
applications and database development experience and be able to demonstrate
extensive hands on experience developing applications using: .NET (C#, ASP),
XML, SQL Server, ETL Data Integration & Interface processes, BI Reporting and
Data Warehousing Tools. Proficiency in MS Office Suite a must with a good
understanding of Windows Server environments, software installation and LAN/WAN
network protocols and troubleshooting. Business knowledge or background in
banking and credit unions a plus.

I'm looking for a very senior Oracle/Application Development/Architect-type to manage an Oracle (HR/Financial/Payroll/GL/AP (v11.5/DB v9.2) hosted environment.
iProcurement, iExpense and Hyperion rolling out later this year.

Healthcare is a plus but not required however Oracle and AppDev/SDLC Management and Architecture experience is critical, so the person should be very hands-on w/Oracle. Hyperion exp. a huge plus.
Spot reports to yours truly and will have 4-6 FTEs plus several consultants and vendors. Comp. is mid to high $100s base plus bonus eligible.
