My client, Longview Fibre is seeking to hire a Manager, Treasury, Insurance
& Credit. This position will have three main areas of focus; treasury,
insurance policy management and credit management. And we are seeking
candidates with experience in all three of those areas. Establishing policy
and procedures for cash management, insurance coverage and extension of
credit terms to customers will be central to the fulfillment of this role.
Duties include daily cash management including selection of investment
portfolios, compliance with bank regulatory covenants, and review of
insurance policy coverage reflecting overall enterprise risk assessments.

We are looking for someone with the following qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field, preferably with
7-10 years functional experience in finance and accounting including
extensive experience with treasury, insurance and credit management.

Experience with centralized accounting systems/ERP systems, with a strong
preference for JD Edwards Enterprise 1.

An understanding of the broad responsibilities and execution of the
Accounting department and the implications to policy development.

Analytical and conceptual skills to think and plan strategically.

Exemplary ethical standards.

Ability to develop rapport/credibility with diverse groups; must be
comfortable interacting with senior management.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; general ability to
express clearly and concisely ideas and concepts in written and oral form.

Knowledge of how to present information to different audiences including
high level decision-makers.

Superior project management and organizational skills.

Works productively in an environment of competing priorities.

Self motivated and high personal standards for the quality of work.

QUALIFICATIONS:

EXPERIENCE:

* Four years related experience.

* Solid, extensive experience in data warehousing, operational data
store, and BI development and support using Oracle Business Intelligence
Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) and/or IBM Cognos Business Intelligence and
Performance Management Software.

* Strong ability to analyze user requirements and build front-end BI
applications according to specifications.

* Experience analyzing business processes, understanding business
requirements, and documenting functional and technical specifications.

* Experience in the analysis, design, development, implementation,
testing, maintenance and support of mission-critical business applications
in an Oracle RDBMS environment.

* Solid working knowledge of Oracle Warehouse Builder, MS SQL,
PL/SQL, and SQR scripting.

* Work experience in a higher education environment (college or
university) preferably with the SunGard Banner ERP.

* Ability to function with minimum supervision, set individual goals
and objectives consistent with organizational priorities and deliver high
quality production and performance as well as function productively in a
team environment.

JOB DUTIES: Manage and supervise the overall conference and event services office. Effectively market the University's services and facilities for outside groups to use for workshops, meetings, conferences, etc. Perform contract negotiation and execution. Ability to communicate and relate with off-campus individuals and on-campus personnel, both in writing and speaking. Strong entrepreneurial skills and management skills. Must be able to effectively handle multiple tasks and public and community relations. Strong negotiation skills.

Intermediate knowledge of MS Word 2007. Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel 2007. Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
