Position: Program Associate - Community Impact
Reports to: Senior Vice President, Community Impact
Responsibilities:
* Assist in the implementation of selecting Health Initiative partners by
coordinating evaluation of Letters of Intent, establishing potential partner
meetings and assisting in development of new Health Initiatives
* Schedule, participate in, and maintain records of quarterly initiative
partner meetings in Education/Income/Health and Intergenerational Initiatives
* Participate in community/committee meetings in Westchester and Putnam related
to Education/Income/Health and Intergenerational activities
* Collect data on UWWP initiatives' impact on targeted populations and maintain
data base of indicators/outcomes and other measurable results
* Prepare reports / materials regarding partner results/success stories
* Collect data on community needs in Education/Income/Health and
Intergenerational Initiatives
* Assist in Community Needs Assessment
* Other program research and analysis as needed
* Assist in recruiting, training and maintaining communication with CI
volunteers

Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree, 1+ years of nonprofit experience. Ability to work
effectively in team environment and in self-directed situations, manage multiple
projects, maintain positive relationships with range of constituencies.
* Strong organizational and written/verbal communications skills. Demonstrated
experience MS Office suite/database work.
* Capacity to work occasional weekends or evening hours and travel
within Westchester and Putnam counties.
* Reliable transportation and a clean driving record.

Hello,

  This message may be coming to you as a surprise but I need your
help.Few days back we made an unannounced vacation trip to London,UK
.Everything was going fine until last night when we were mugged on our
way back to the hotel.They Stole all our cash,credit cards and cellphone
but thank God we still have our lives and passport.Another shocking is
that the hotel manager has been unhelpful to us for reasons i don't
know. I'm writing you from a local library cybercafe..I've reported to
the police and after writing down some statements that's the last i had
from them.i contacted the consulate and all i keep hearing is they will

Our client is a large Financial Services Firm.
 
POSITION PURPOSE:
 
Works as a senior business analyst with Structured Products groups, supporting all Trade Capture, Pricing, risk and operations initiatives.  Candidate has to have strong understanding of the Structured Products business. This role requires coordination between multiple internal partners (Risk, Operations, IT, Front-Office).  The candidate has to be viewed as the go-to person for getting things done.  This role requires building partnerships with the end users, performing detailed analysis, engaging the tech-lead during the implementation phase, executing UAT and working with the desk throughout the deployment phases.  It is necessary for the person to be perceived as a partner for the business, rather than a task-taker.  The incumbent has to exercise sound judgment for when business push-back is appropriate, and come up with the best way of brokering agreement between different groups.
 
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: 
 

• Define functional/business requirements and workflow documents.
• Work closely with the Front Office to define and drive initiatives in the Structured Products space.
• Partners closely with the development teams to ensure there is full understanding of the requirements.
• Work with all areas of IT and the business to ensure that all aspects of the project are covered and well defined from execution to settlement.
• Drive projects through completion (from spec thru UAT and post-deployment)
• Work closely with application support.
• Raises and tracks issues and conflicts, removes barriers, resolves project issues and escalates to senior management where required.
• Ability to break large problems into well-defined and manageable tasks
 
 
 
JOB REQUIREMENTS – KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE: 
 
• Experience with Enterprise Structured Products Front Office Trading applications.
  Experience in dealing with all major Dealer to Dealer and Dealer to Client platforms that are relevant for the US Structured Products business. (connectivity protocols etc…)
• Strong understanding of electronic trading, STP and matrix pricing.
• Understanding of current technologies in the Electronic trading and pricing space, test and deployment tools
• Involvement in Industry initiatives Business
• Experience with all aspects of the Global Structured Products business, such as current and emerging new markets, price modeling etc.
• Experience with full trade lifecycle events, and it's technical and operational support.  Client on-boarding, pricing, trading, settlement.
• Experience in Business Analysis, in particular business workflow, functional specification, use case documentation.
• In depth experience in Structured Products.  Understanding of pricing, electronic trading, trade processing for these products.
