My client, Longview Fibre is seeking to hire a Manager, Treasury,
Insurance & Credit. This position will have three main areas of
focus; treasury, insurance policy management and credit management.
Establishing policy and procedures for cash management, insurance
coverage and extension of credit terms to customers will be central
to the fulfillment of this role. Duties include daily cash
management including selection of investment portfolios, compliance
with bank regulatory covenants, and review of insurance policy
coverage reflecting overall enterprise risk assessments.
We are looking for someone with the following qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field, preferably
with 7-10 years functional experience in finance and accounting
including extensive experience with treasury, insurance and credit
management.

Experience with centralized accounting systems/ERP systems, with a
strong preference for JD Edwards Enterprise 1.

An understanding of the broad responsibilities and execution of the
Accounting department and the implications to policy development.

Analytical and conceptual skills to think and plan strategically.

Exemplary ethical standards.

Ability to develop rapport/credibility with diverse groups; must be
comfortable interacting with senior management.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; general ability to
express clearly and concisely ideas and concepts in written and oral
form.

Knowledge of how to present information to different audiences
including high level decision-makers.

Superior project management and organizational skills.

Works productively in an environment of competing priorities.

Self motivated and high personal standards for the quality of work.

Leads by example, mentors and encourages staff.

Continuous professional development.

Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
