Base Salary range: 100K -115k plus Bonus

IT PBUSA team is looking for a Business Analyst/Requirements Engineer in the New York Office.

ROLE SUMMARY:

The business analyst looks after business requirements. Business Analyst role in PBUSA IT is to ensure that requirements are managed and solutions delivered to the new or existing business ideas and concepts through the technological paths.

THE ROLE INVOLVES:

Understanding business process management and business requirements of the customers and translating them to specific functional and non-functional requirements.
Eliciting, documenting and analyzing requirements from internal teams and clients.
Understanding the technical designs as well as the specifications.
Evaluating the information gathered through workshops and surveys, business process description and task analysis.
Effectively communicating with internal teams and clients to deliver functional requirements like GUI, screen and interface designs.
Very strong technical skills coupled with business intelligence and a deep understanding of customer's needs so that they can be transformed into application and operational requirements.
Acting as an interface between business units, technology teams and support teams.
Understanding of DataWarehouse is a plus.

Bachelor's degree required

SDLC Methodology knowledge is a plus

CMMI process knowledge is a plus
