Director of Marketing (IT experience, e-Marketing) Our client, a global and rapidly growing software development firm based in Central NJ seeks a Director of Marketing to join the company's Leadership Team. This individual will have the responsibility for leading the development of the customer value propositions, building the company's brand, creating the company's positioning in the market to drive future growth. This indivdual will also collaborate with leadership, product management, and interactive design teams to craft branding, messaging, and promotions. Responsibilities · Drive the development and execution of an integrated global communication strategy that educates and influences press, analysts, customers, and partners. · Develop and implement programs for lead generation. · Serve as company spokesperson; build and maintain strong relations with press worldwide; create and contribute to message development initiatives. · Advise corporate executives and product team members on best way to communicate to our market and in the industry (social media, product launches, geographic expansions, etc.). · Develop strategy and messaging for corporate announcements; cultivate and leverage strong business, customer and trade media relationships. · Assess ROI of PR programs, web seminars, social media, online programs, advertising and other trade materials. · Responsible for messaging in HTML Newsletters, Print Advertisements, Online Advertisements, Brochures, Flyers, WhitePapers, and Web Content. · Manage marketing budget. · Manage, coach and mentor marketing team members. Qualifications · A minimum of 8 years of strategic communications experience with increasing responsibility. · Undergraduate degree in marketing, communications, public relations or related field; Master's degree a plus. · Software /Information Technology company experience. · Ability to creatively plan strategically and execute globally. · Demonstrated writing/communications skills, strong media relationships; experienced in public relations strategy development and using new media effectively.Requires a hands on manager with an ability to direct teams and lead a creative design process.
