My client a leader in Advertising Software is looking for a Technical Writer to join their technical team.  If you are looking for a company that provides an amazing work life balance this is the place for you.  Job Responsibilities Provide user documentation (e.g., online help, user's guides, reference manuals) to accompany software to agreed deadlines. This involves identifying needs for documentation, information analysis, content design, and clear, effective writing. Work to technical publications standards and style guidelines and ensure compliance with corporate quality and information security requirements. Develop (and share where appropriate) knowledge of software, tools used for the job, and clients' business processes. Effective technical documentation depends on this knowledge. Support other technical writers as peer editor and proofreader. Manage documentation projects and libraries, switching focus between projects as required to manage priorities. Participate in developing the stylesheet and document format standards. Keep up to date on technical publications standards and trends, as well as business objectives and trends in the advertising industry. Develop effective communication skills and play a constructive role at meetings. Contribute to the usability, consistency, and effectiveness of user interfaces. This includes providing language for error messages and UI elements according to UI guidelines.
