SKILLS:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
* At least 3 years of experience with Web Development/Web Based Applications.
* Demonstrated solid application development skills utilizing NET 2.0/3.5, SQL Server 2005/2008, C#, HTML, JavaScript, CSS
* Database experience with TSQL (SQL Server and Oracle). Building complex queries, stored procedures, triggers and user-defined functions.
* Ability to convert project specifications and procedures to detailed logical flow charts and DB diagrams for coding in the .NET environment.
* Experience in a production support environment.
* Solid background in OO design and programming.
* Experience with the Software Development Life Cycle, development processes and project documentation (creating specifications, technology pilots, analyzing application performance, etc.) .

Additional Requirements:

* Strong interpersonal and written skills and organization ability.
* Ability to understand and communicate thoughts/design/ideas/specs in a unambiguous manner.
* Ability to interact with a project managers, technical work group and business partners in a positive and productive way in order to accomplish project goals throughout the project cycle from inception to completion and support/maintenance.
* Ability to compile and write documentation of program development in the .NET environment and subsequent revisions as well as instructions to guide operating personnel during production runs.
* Ability to continuously enhance efficiency of a development process.
* Ability to prioritize tasks across multiple projects.
