Description:
Must Have:
· Development of testing automation strategies, plans, and detailed test scripts
· Design & Development of Automation Frameworks
· Development of Requirements Traceability Matrix documents
· Producing and distributing, functional test automation metrics and reports.
· Exposure and familiarity with a wide range of technologies (preference 3-tiered and multi-tiered systems
· Strong Test Data management experience and data conversion processes.
· Hands-on experience with any test automation and test management tools.
· 5 to 10 years of professional testing experience working in a technical capacity
· Strong ability to facilitate test planning and JAT sessions across multiple groups and document clear, accurate test deliverables. Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Consulting experience (business development, working directly with clients responsible for delivery, assessments and roadmaps, Test Automation thought leadership, building reusable accelerators and frameworks, etc.)
- Vast experience with various functional test automation methodologies such as keyword data-driven, component data-driven, messages data-driven etc.
- Experience in designing and building test automation framework that could be use across multiple systems.
- Experience designing and developing test harness
- Strong SDLC and Programming background (any or combination of the flowing: C#, C++, VB, JAVA, SQL )
· Deep financial service expertise with an intimate working knowledge of financial service customers specific application requirements, KPI's, and quality assurance goals
· Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously, supporting delivery and the testing practice
· Proven experience in selling and implementing QA Transformation Services based on client needs, such as:
§ Consulting
§ QA team restructuring
§ Tools optimization
§ Consolidation
§ Developing end-to-end lifecycle testing frameworks with ROI, accelerators, and project repositories
· Proven experience in selling and delivering Testing Services for Project Delivery, such as:
§ Seasoned experience in managing the entire testing effort throughout the entire project life cycle
§ Seasoned experience in stepping into and turning around failing high risk projects
§ Developing test strategies and test plans
§ Managing test design and execution
· Financial Domain Experience
STRONG ASSETS:
- Financial Services domain experience
- Technical degree in Math, Computer Science, or Engineering
- Experience with change impact analysis
- Test tools integrated solutions
- Industry and Test Tool certifications
