Business Analyst/Documentum Position

We have a Business Analyst Position available with a major financial corporation in Parsippany, NJ.
Below are the details:
A successful candidate must be able to do the following:
Analysis and Solution Definition
Quickly understands the business issues and data challenges of client's organization and industry.
Identifies client organization' s strengths and weaknesses and suggests areas of improvement based on Documentum implementation.
Reviews and edits requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to implementing Documentum.
Develops business requirements for on-boarding new groups to Documentum to fit with the common architecture.
Identifies new functionality and documents requirements.
Technical Recommendation and Testing
Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner.
Works with client personnel to identify required changes.
Communicates changes to the development team and revises documentation.
Project Execution
Assists in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules.
Communicates and applies project standards.
Manages resources in accordance with project schedule.
Understands the components of the project costs.
Required Skills:
A successful candidate will possess the following skills/experience:
Communication
Assists in the facilitation of team and client meetings.
Delivers informative, well-organized presentations.
Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully.
Identifies and effectively communicates issues to both the business and the technology team.
Technical Understanding
At least 5+ years of working with EMC Documentum, Records Processing System (RPS) and Captiva Input Accel.
Knowledge of Records Management.
Understands Internet, Intranet, Extranet and client/server architectures.
Understands how legacy and web-based systems interface with each other.
Prior Real Estate Investment experience is a plus.
Leadership
Generates enthusiasm among team members.
Proactively seeks opportunities to serve in leadership roles.
Challenges others to develop as leaders while serving as a role model.
Manages the process of innovative change.
Teamwork
Facilitates effective team interaction.
Acknowledges and appreciates each team member's contributions.

Leads internal teams/task forces.
