Below is a job lead one of my friend's forwarded me this morning. Please be on spec if you apply.

This is the operations job we're recruiting for:

The operations supervisor position that we're looking to fill is at a local manufacturing firm. The production process involves plastics and resins; at least 5 years of manufacturing experience is required, and an engineering and/or chemical/plastics background would be best. It's a relatively small organization, which means the right individual could be training a machine operator, preparing a budget, solving quality control problems and meeting with the president of the company all in the same day.
