My name is Rob and I'm a  recruiter at SSG INC.
 
Our direct client located in Wilmington has a 4-6 month consulting role available as described below.  rate flex:

. It is located in wilmington, DE.
 A contract resource is needed to address the SONAR Change Management/Communications.
Change management/Communication would include:
 Developing a change management plan with the vendors (Epsilon, Digitas, Cognizant), business and IS stakeholders to cover new business procedures and rollout of procedures
 Developing training plans and ensure development of the training materials is completed as scheduled (procedures documents, decks)
 Maintaining the communication plan:  Obtain and present updates to the Core team
 Track all project changes and key business decisions made through an agreed upon change management process to ensure appropriate visibility exists prior to making the change or decision (decision log, change request)
 Capture and distribute notes from project meetings
 Facilitate meetings as requested
Required  Skills:
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to communicate with all different levels of management both at client  and vendors 
 Ability to coordinate efforts of remote teams (collecting/updating information, leading meetings)
 Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio
