My client, a leading global investment bank, is currently looking for a diligent project, incident and problem analyst to join the global application management and support group for Credit Technology. This is a permanent role based in
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business aligned support group and help create a problem and incident management environment to help better manage change releases. Your role will be to perform gap analysis, issue tracking, management reports and metrics of incidents that occur during change releases as well as take ownership over projects relating to the credit IT production environment. You will be expected to perform in-depth investigation and analysis of issues, determine where bottlenecks and issues occur, escalate them accordingly and then help strategize with senior management ways to improve the production environment.
The successful candidate will have a strong track-record in application support in a high pressure finance environment (ideally with credit experience). Candidates should have project management skills, experience working within a PMO, preparing meeting materials, analyzing statistics and producing reports. Those with an understanding of ITIL standards are highly preferred. Strong Excel and Sharepoint skills are also critical to success in this role.
