What's in it for you?
Yesterday, we launched the first personalized job search experience by integrating with Facebook. Job seekers can now utilize their Facebook profile and friends on SimplyHired.com to access customized job content to land a job.
Using this new capability, users who log-in with Facebook are able to discover jobs based on their friends' companies on the homepage of SimplyHired.com . On the search results page, users will also be able to search for jobs at their friends' companies as well as privately message friends about job opportunities to get the inside track on a job. Through beta testing of this feature, we've seen user engagement on SimplyHired.com double for users who log-in to Facebook.

But if you don't have a bachelors or associates degree, it doesn't mean you're out of luck when it comes to job search. Read on for more info about jobs that don't require a college degree!The April 2010 Employment Situation Report released by the BLS recently had somewhat mixed results with non-farm payroll increasing by 290,000, but the nation's unemployment rate edging up to 9.9 percent, after holding at 9.7 the past three months.
Many industries upped their hiring last month, including notable increases in manufacturing jobs, business services jobs, health care jobs, and hospitality jobs. Federal government jobs also rose due to an increase in hiring for the 2010 Census.
