Hi! My name is Alina and I'm an IT Recruiter for DIVERSANT LLC, an IT Staffing Company.   We have a 6-12 month renewable contract in New York, NY for a PMO Project Manager. The hourly rate for this competitive, DOE.   Job Details:   This person needs to be tactical.   Key Functional Responsibilities:   •       Perform the role of Project Management Administrator (PMA) and assist the Wave Project Manager with Project Management tasks such as updating / maintaining project plan for the Wave sites in support of scheduled Vantage deployment activities. •       Coordinate project status updates & reporting across included in the scheduled deployment wave. •       Track & follow up on issues, risks & action items for the Wave. •       Provide the following deliverables- Project Status Reports, Metrics Reports, Project Dashboards, Issues/Risk/Action Item reports.  •       Update MS Project plans in coordination with the Vantage Program Management Office (PMO). •       Participate in, take and distribute minutes for all Wave and Site level meetings and follow up on feedback. •       Update Wave project plan with any changes or feedback from either previous or subsequent Wave project planning. •       Provide support, guidance and feedback to the Wave PMA(s) supporting the next Wave in the Vantage Program. •       Continue to partner at a strategic level with the Vantage Program Management Office (PMO) and participate in relative planning and strategy sessions.   Education and Experience Required: Bachelor's Degree in computer or business related field of study.  Minimum of 3-5 years significant business analysis and project management experience supporting projects through a formal SDLC. Detailed knowledge and experience with the MS project tool is required. Experience with SAP tool functionality and deployment activities is required. Understanding of financial system and processing, associated applications and financial systems data and systems processing is required. Experience in partnering with IT teams and coordinating individuals from different disciplines and teams in a combined effort to achieve project success. Experience in partnering with all levels of management in both IT and functional reas is required.
