Hello  – we have an opening for an HR administrator who has some recruitment coordination experience. If you know anyone, can you send them my way? Feel free to forward this link to your network.

More about the role
Our Team is  creating a Center of Excellence for HR Planning, Talent Acquisition, Employee Development and Organizational Change Management. During his/her first months the person will spend significant amount of time performing recruiting related duties as this role is the in house administrator for our Applicant Tracking system. Since we are developing long range plans, we rely on this person to pull data from our HR SAP system for us to analyze, manipulate and put into pretty charts and graphs – a comfort and facility with MS excel, specifically pivot tables is a big plus. Our group also provides HR generalist support to the 300 corporate staff employees located around the globe.

Qualifications.
* 5-8 years HR, Recruiting, Payroll administrative experience necessary
·         This position reports to me and supports two other managers. If you've worked with me, you know I am VERY Detailed oriented (I've been accused of being able to spot a typo in a 20 page document from a mile away), so this person would need to be able to do the same.
·         We sit on the same floor as the CEO so this person needs to have the confidence and presence to interact with him and our Group Presidents.

Thanks in advance for keeping your eyes and ears open on my behalf.

Cheri Wideman
Director Human Resource Planning & Development
